It’s been quite some time since I’ve been able to sit down and listen to a bit of music. I have to say, I think my favorite instruments to hear are the piano followed by the harp. Thanks to my dad though, I think I am able to appreciate anything classical. Otherwise, I have a tendancy towards soft rock and basically game music.

Vegas trip starts later today. It’s only two more hours before I “peace outside”. The overall goal is to not lose money gambling. I went ahead and bought myself a few gifts during lunch as well for when I return :P.

The kind of random (and not so random) kindness that is possible in this world sometimes still weighs heavily on me. While it may not necessarily be enough to restore my faith in the world as a whole, it is heartening to see that it still happens. I know deep down I should be grateful for what I have, but a part of me still yearns for something else; something more.

I continue to be saddened regarding the ongoing resistance within myself. I can only hope it is not too late before there is a resolution.

Caught a cold or something last week. Probably not a good omen. Will have to remember to not get greedy at Vegas this upcoming weekend.

I’m finally able to CS again, and I’m glad to know I can still jump right into it without too much trouble.

Unfortunately, there was a death in the family. However, for certain reasons, I cannot attend the funeral.

It’s nice to see that Oblivion finally went gold. While I won’t be able to play it until probably April, I believe it will be a game that was well worth the wait.

Vegas trip soon. I’m kind of ambivalent about it though. I’m not really a Vegas person.
